Booking & Appointments

What states can I book an appointment in? How far in advance should I book?

Where can I book an appointment, and how far in advance should I plan?

I'm a licensed esthetician in both New York and Minnesota, working out of studios in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and North Loop, Minneapolis.

New York: My NYC schedule is intentional and limited — I travel every 5–6 weeks and offer availability for just 3–4 days per visit. These spots fill quickly, so booking as early as possible is strongly recommended. I announce upcoming NYC dates on Instagram @kruchinina.pro before the calendar opens.

Minneapolis: My home base and primary studio. There is more flexibility here, and I take on new clients regularly. That said, popular slots — especially weekends and bridal season — book up fast. Booking 2–3 weeks in advance is a good rule of thumb; further ahead for weddings and special events.

You can book directly through my scheduling link or follow me on Instagram for real-time availability updates.

Can I pre-book for your next New York visit? Is there a waitlist?

Yes — and I genuinely encourage it. Pre-booking is the best way to guarantee your spot, especially for NYC visits where availability is very limited.

If my calendar is full, I maintain a waitlist. When a cancellation opens up, waitlist clients are contacted first before the slot is made public. You can join the waitlist via my booking site, DM me on Instagram, or text me directly.

Why do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
As a highly sought-after artist, I book up quickly. Deposits ensure that appointments are taken seriously and help me prepare for each client with care.

All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hoursbefore the scheduled appointment. Failing to cancel in time will result in a 100% charge to the card on file.
If you're 10–15 minutes late, some add-ons (like tinting or lamination) may need to be skipped.
At 15+ minutes, your service may be shortened or canceled.
At 20+ minutes, it's considered a no-show and100% of the feewill be charged.

What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

I understand that life happens — and I always try to work with clients I have a relationship with. That said, late cancellations directly affect my schedule and the clients on my waitlist, so the following policy applies to all appointments.

Brow appointments:

48+ hours notice.Cancel or reschedule at no charge. Deposit is refunded or transferred to your new appointment within 5-7 work days to the same card.

Less than 48 hours — Minneapolis:50% of the service price is charged. Your deposit is applied toward this.

Less than 48 hours — New York.No reimbursement. Because I travel to New York and plan everything in advance around my visit schedule, late cancellations for NYC appointments are non-refundable in full — no exceptions.

Less than 24 hours / Same-day: 100% of the service price is charged, regardless of location.

No- show (no contact):100% of the service price is charged. A new deposit is required to rebook.

Makeup & Bridal appointments: Due to the extended preparation involved, makeup and bridal bookings follow a stricter structure — please see the Bridal & Payments sections for details.

Please communicate. If something comes up, reach out as soon as you know — don't wait. Reply to your booking confirmation, DM me at @kruchinina.pro, or text directly. The earlier I know, the more I can accommodate.

What are your hours of operation? Is parking available? Do you pay for parking?
My hours vary by location—I typically work early to late in NYC. Sundays are my day off, as both studios are closed, though I may take special appointments or travel to clients upon request (just send an inquiry!).

Both locations offer nearbystreet or garage parking, but clients are responsible for any parking fees.

What if I booked one service but we decide a different treatment is better for me?

This happens — and I consider it part of the process. Every appointment begins with a proper assessment of your brows, skin condition, and what you're hoping to achieve. Sometimes what we discuss in those first few minutes changes the plan entirely, and that's a good thing.

If we upgrade or add a service:

I will tell you the adjusted price before we begin — there are never any surprises at checkout. Your deposit applies toward the new total, and the difference is collected at the end of your appointment. I will never add a service without your explicit agreement first.

If we simplify or change direction:

If a planned treatment isn't appropriate for your brows or skin that day — for example, if your hair is too fine or fragile for lamination — I will tell you honestly before we start, and the price will reflect only what is actually performed. I would rather do the right thing for your brows long-term than complete a service that isn't right for you today.

If you're unsure what to book before your appointment, “I dont know what to book” option will be the best or simply DM me or use the contact form — I'm happy to advise in advance so you arrive with confidence.

I've had bad brow experiences before and I'm nervous. What should I expect at my first appointment?

I hear this almost every week — and I'm really glad you're asking.

First: nothing gets removed until we've talked.Every appointment begins with a consultation. I ask about your history, what you've loved and hated about past experiences, what your daily routine looks like, and what result you're hoping for. I'll show you the brow mapping on your face before I begin anything. You'll see the plan before I execute it and if you feel calmer to hold the mirror through the process and see each step - I’m down for it!

Second: I never rush. There is no one waiting while I'm still with you. Each appointment is scheduled with enough time to do the work properly and thoughtfully.

Third: I'll tell you the truth. If I think your brows need more time to grow in before we shape them — I'll say so. If I think you don't need a service I offer — I'll tell you that too. I'm not here to upsell. I'm here to give you the best long-term result for your face.

Most clients who've had difficult experiences elsewhere leave their first appointment with me saying something like: "I wish I'd found you sooner."I'd love to be that experience for you.

If you have questions before booking, DM me at @kruchinina.pro — I'm happy to chat before you even step in the door. 🤍

Can I wear makeup to my appointment?

For brow appointments: You can arrive with makeup on — no need to come bare-faced.

For lash tinting: Please arrive without mascara. Removal can cause irritation and adds time. If you'd like mascara reapplied after your service, let me know in advance so I can plan for it.

For makeup appointments:Come as you are. I'll work with your skin as it is on the day — just arrive with a clean, moisturized face if possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all of the following for your convenience:

— Credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover - you name it) — processed securely through my booking platform, Apple Pay — available in studio, Venmo — handle shared at booking, Zelle — available upon request, Cash — always welcome, Cheks - yeeees, I do accept it; Kruchinina gift cards — redeemable for any service

Deposits for all appointments are collected at the time of booking through my scheduling platform. Bridal and large-package balances are invoiced with a card on file. Tipping is never expected — and always genuinely appreciated. 🤍
