This page is still in the works — but I’d love to hear your questions so I can answer them for you!

Booking & Appointments

What states can I book an appointment in? How far in advance should I book?
As a licensed esthetician in both New York and Minnesota, I work out of studios in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and North Loop, Minneapolis. My availability varies—check the booking calendar or follow me on Instagram for the latest schedule.

New York appointments tend to be more limited as I travel for work every 5–6 weeks and offer availability for just 3–4 days each visit, so I highly recommend booking early.
The Minneapolis location is growing steadily, and for now, there’s more flexibility and open time slots available. Booking in advance helps secure your preferred time.

Can I pre-book appointments for your next visit? Do you have a waitlist if your schedule is full?
Yes, and I encourage it! Pre-booking helps secure your ideal time slot. If a spot opens up, I reach out to the waitlist first. You can join the waitlist via my booking site, DM me, or text directly.

Why do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
As a highly sought-after artist, I book up quickly. Deposits ensure that appointments are taken seriously and help me prepare for each client with care.

All cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failing to cancel in time will result in a 100% charge to the card on file.
If you're 10–15 minutes late, some add-ons (like tinting or lamination) may need to be skipped.
At 15+ minutes, your service may be shortened or canceled.
At 20+ minutes, it's considered a no-show and 100% of the fee will be charged.

What are your hours of operation? Is parking available? Do you pay for parking?
My hours vary by location—I typically work early to late in NYC. Sundays are my day off, as both studios are closed, though I may take special appointments or travel to clients upon request (just send an inquiry!).

Both locations offer nearby street or garage parking, but clients are responsible for any parking fees.

Do you offer any discounts or specials?
Yes! I offer referral discounts and share exclusive promotions on Instagram and via my email list. Be sure to follow @kruchinina.pro and join the list to enjoy the perks!

Services & Treatments

How long does a session take?
Most appointments take between 45–90 minutes, depending on the service. Makeup sessions may take longer—please refer to the booking details for specific timing.

Is lash tinting safe for sensitive eyes?
Yes! I use gentle, high-quality products and always check for sensitivities beforehand. If you have any allergies or concerns, feel free to reach out for a quick consultation so I can recommend the safest and best option for you.

Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
If you're booked for natural brows, you can wear makeup. However, if your service includes lash tinting, please arrive without mascara to avoid irritation during removal.
If you'd like mascara reapplied or a quick touch-up after the service, let me know in advance so I can allocate extra time and come fully prepared. For makeup appointments—come as you are!

Can I book you for my wedding or a photoshoot?
Absolutely! I specialize in bridal and editorial makeup. Reach out through the contact form or email me directly at daria@kruchinina.com—I’d be honored to make your day special.

Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes, and I truly believe they’re essential. A trial allows us to connect, design your perfect look, and ensure you're feeling confident and radiant on your big day.
As part of the trial, I include a personalized makeup list, a complimentary bridal kit, and a touch-up kit for the groom. I also offer a complimentary call with any bridesmaids or guests who book services in advance, plus mini touch-up kits for everyone—so the whole party looks amazing.

Do you offer group rates for wedding parties or photoshoots? Do you travel to other cities or countries?
Yes! I provide custom quotes based on the size, location, and date of your event. I’m happy to travel for weddings, shoots, or special events—whether it’s in another city, state, or country.

What products/brands do you use?
I use professional, editorial-approved brands that are safe, high-performing, and skin-loving—think Chanel, Dior, Estée Lauder, Charlotte Tilbury, and more. Before every makeup session, I like to have a brief call with you to understand your vision, preferences, and skincare needs—so everything feels perfectly tailored.
